Average value of agricultural land in the Province of Brescia. Part II - Agrarian region

(1) Figures relate to the bare land (Arable land, Irrigated arable land, etc); the topsoil is to be evaluated separately. (2) The value of D.O.C. (denomination of controlled origin), D.O.C.G. (denomination of controlled and guaranteed origin) and I.P.G. (indication of geographic origin) vines and olives certified by the Provincial Vine growing and wine producing Register is to be increased by 40% of the basic value of vines and olives. (3) The value of coppice, high forests and chestnut fruit-trees refer to the bare land."Bio" certified crops are to be increased by 20% of the basic value of each crop (former article 41 paragraph 4 of D.P.R. (presidential decree) 8.6.2001 nr. 327 and subsequent amendments).
