The sharing of child-rearing responsibilities by divorced spouses; in Italy it is ruled by Law 8 February 2006 n. 54
Joint-stock companies

Juridical form that comprises: companies issuing shares and limited companies (Ltd.)
Juridical district

Indicates the territorial area under the powers of each juridical organ. Juridical districts are defined by law.

Juvenile Court (Young persons Court)

Judicial organ that is present in every capital of the Court of Appeal Districts. In civil law has jurisdiction exclusively on cases concerning adoptions. In criminal law is competent for all crimes committed by persons aged under 18 that are competence of the judicial Authority.
